"Comfortable living, good location for amenities, free parking close by. Would recommend to others."

7.0

Beds very comfortable. Nicely designed renovation. Convenient location.

Never got a PIN number for the entrance pad on the front door. Luckily the cleaner was leaving and gave us her code. Shower fittings look spectacular and disappoint on flow of water pressure. No drawers in first bedroom for storage. Laundry facilities available iron, ironing board and clothes pulley but no apparent washing machine. Sadly lack of ventilation due to non opening windows. Electrical sockets in kitchen are high up above a shelf…….tricky when boiling the kettle and could be a burns risk.

"Very good"

Great location, very stylish and comfortable - especially the beds!, free parking, friendly owner

Bit of road noise (although that is mentioned in the description) and lack of ventilation (a fan was provided, which I moved around as needed).

"Superb"

We loved every about this beautifully appointed property, simple elegance, with featured design elements, and in keeping with the historic features. We found everything that was needed available, and location was superb. The easy of which you could gain entry to the property was appreciated, as was the free car parking nearby, and all the nearby amenities within a few minutes walk. Thank you for the welcome cake and milk on arrival, and communications with owner was very easy and friendly, thank you, we loved our weekend at No 48
