Centrally Located Home in Atlanta-10 Mins from GA Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, & Much More

The place was clean and comfortable plenty of linens.

The tv pictured in the booking process was not there once arrived. The host did offer a partial refund for the inconvenience which made it somewhat ok but we would have rather had the tv to do family movies .

I loved that the property sits up on a hill with its own driveway that can easily fit two to three cars. The partial fenced-in backyard was convenient — especially if you’re bringing a pet. The layout was great for our girls’ trip, with plenty of sleeping space: a twin and full-size bed in one room, a queen in another, and a king in the master. The master bathroom was beautiful, and I loved the soaking tub and walk-in shower, both with handheld sprayers. The Jack-and-Jill sinks in both bathrooms were a nice touch too. The open floor plan connecting the living room and kitchen made the space feel spacious and welcoming. The home was well-lit, had all the basic necessities, and even had cleaning supplies available for us to use — which made it easy to tidy up before checkout. Overall, it felt very roomy and comfortable for our group.

It was clear that a deep clean doesn’t happen after every stay. We found some trash behind the soaking tub and hair left over from previous guests. The flooring was uneven in several areas, so we tripped a few times — not badly, but enough to notice. The porch wasn’t really usable because of the number of bugs outside, and there was a wasp nest forming, so we didn’t spend much time there. While the keypad locks worked fine, we would’ve felt more secure with a deadbolt added for peace of mind. The TV remotes were also hit or miss — sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t — which made watching TV more complicated than it needed to be. We also never found the Wi-Fi information that was supposedly emailed, so it would be helpful if that were posted directly in the listing. The bedding was another small issue. The comforters were thin and not very warm, though there was a thicker quilt in the supply closet that made a big difference. If you’re someone who gets cold easily, I’d recommend asking the host ahead of time for extra blankets or bringing your own.

I visited Atlanta for my Daughter’s graduation ceremony & festivities from Georgia State University. The newly renovated property was just as posted on Booking.com. It was no more than 15 minutes away from every stop on our itinerary for the 3 days we were there. I would definitely recommend & stay here again.

It was my second time staying here! So good I had to experience it again. The host was very friendly and helpful just as last time. I had a question about the door code and the host responded so quick and efficiently! Everything was still clean and seemed new. Smells great with amazing technology in the entire house down to the security system.

I don’t have any complaints. This property has everything you will need.
