Las instalaciones nos gustaron y la atención de la señora Rocio de recepción excepcional, menos mal que estaba ella…

Mi pareja y yo estábamos en el apartamento 206. Todo empieza cuando la limpiadora se deja la llave del agua ABIERTA del fregadero del apartamento de arriba (306)… nos caía el agua A CHORROS en nuestra habitación, todo lleno de humedades. ¿Cuál fue la solución por parte de los administradores (QUE NI SE PRESENTARON Y TARDABAN EN CONTESTAR POR EL CHAT)?: darnos otra habitación, la 305 (completamente sucia, de calidad inferior y nuevamente con la llave del agua abierta 😂 en fin…) o irnos.. Así que decidimos irnos por miedo de posible incendio (hubo cortocircuito en el sistema eléctrico) o que se nos cayera el techo encima por las humedades (el material era pladur). De paso, cuando hablamos con ellos por teléfono Olga nos insultó por lo bajo en otro idioma... lo que ella no sabía es que mi pareja le entendió perfectamente 🤣🤣🤣 vergonzoso… Gracias booking por devolvernos el dinero tan rápido 🙏🏼🙏🏼 ADJUNTO FOTOS DE TODO!!!!

The place is really nice, we enjoyed our stay a lot! The apartman is clean and the bed is comfortable. The pool is absolutely the best! I can recommend the place.

The road is bumpy but it is doable. Be careful. (We had a small Nissan but we were fine) There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent, and it was dirty.

"Dreamy exotic jungle escape!"

The building has amazing architecture. The terrace is out of this world with views of the jungle all around and an amazing sunset, quiet and wild. The room felt brand new, is quite big, with an enormous and very comfortable bed and pillows and lots of closet space. Very modern bathroom. Huge windows on the wall looking out to the back garden so you feel you're surrounded by trees.

Only thing is because of the humidity of Tulum we would have liked a change of towels as all towels were damp as early on as the second day of our stay. Another thing is the road which is the most bumpy road I've ever seen BUT that's reasonable as you're staying in the jungle and our rental car was tall enough to be ok with the bumps.

The design was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool area was beautiful. Our room was comfortable.

The dishes were not clean. The road to the apartment was in bad shape.
