Gute Aussicht, schönes Viertel

Treppenflur riecht extrem unangenehm. Wohnung wird als Luxus/ Stylish beworben, ist aber recht einfache Möbel und billige Ausstattung. Zudem wurden uns 200 Pfund Kaution einbehalten bzw. Abgebucht, da uns vorgeworfen wurde, dass wir einen Fernseher (dieser lag oben auf einem Schrank) einen Toaster und Kissen mitgenommen hätten (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder mit vollem Gepäck). Nach einer Reklamation wurde uns zugesichert, dass wir die Kaution zurück erhalten, bis heute, nach nun mehr als 5 Wochen, haben wir immer noch keine Erstattung erhalten. Seitdem hat sich die Hausverwaltung nicht mehr gemeldet.

We loved the view from the 10th floor. All the rooms in the apartment were spacious. A great bonus in the summer months would be to sit out and enjoy ours meals in the balcony. Clean bedding and clean towels were very appreciated.

It was disappointing to find out that we couldn’t collect the keys at the property but had to make an extra journey that meant we had come off one tram and back on another. We were travelling by foot which made it very inconvenient. The balcony doors won’t close properly in the living area and bedroom and it caused a draught. We couldn’t use the baking trays as they were dirty.

Amazing views and perfectly located for exploring. Would definitely book again

Stayed for 3 days with all 5 of my children was perfect no issues everything was perfect not to mention the view was a absolute bonus and they kept in touch to make sure stay was ok throughout it was one of our best stays at a apartment

This apartment is in the most perfect location , metro is just outside with easy access across the city , views of the city are fab. We could see Old Trafford from across the quay and walked easy over to a game and back. I loved this area with a lovely bar Dockyard and restaurant Prezzo below with more to choose from. It was lovely and quiet at night. The apartment was clean with regards bedding bathrooms and few handy things left like tea bags fairy etc. Evolve were very responsive to deal with and msg back when required.

The big sliding balcony door is faulty and we weren’t aware there was no sign not to open it , we struggled to close it - this has been noted on previous November reviews, we have strongly advised maintenance to fix as the draft is terrible if it can’t be shut. There is also no blind on a large sitting room window , if you have 6 staying (which we did) we had to make a make shift blind to keep out lights at night. When we arrived it was like there was a maintenance call which left dust under radiators and doors and didn’t sweep it up, we cleaned it ourselves but I will say other than that it was clean. Make sure your flight allows you to drop and collect keys when the shop is open as there is no other alternatives for us it was between 7 am and 11 pm

The beds are not comfortable and overused. The staff is not helpful, and customer support is poor
