Eine top Lage mit regem Ferry- und ab und zu Kreuzfahrtschiffsverkehr. Einer sonnigen möblierten Terrasse und einem Balkon. Zentraler kanns nicht gelegen sein. Grosser luftiger Raum. Bequemes Kingsizebett. Waschmaschine ( super nach einer langen Reise) Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Gehdistanz. ÖV und Ausflugferries dito. Gut organisiertes Check- in/ out System.

Man nimmt mit geschlossenen Fenstern die Ausgangsmeile wahr, stört jedoch gering. Die lauten Autoposer leicht ärgerlicher.

The location in Auckland was great with easy access to everything. The location of the apartment within the building was also great. It was a corner apartment with cross-ventilation that worked well instead of needing the air conditioning. We were on the top floor with a large corner balcony that we enjoyed using. The size of the apartment was comfortable and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very responsive.

The dining table was usable, but not sturdy. The bathroom was functional, but could have been cleaner. Just because tile grout is old, does not mean that it has to be moldy. The shower door did not seal well, so it leaked onto the floor.

Fantastic location despite a cruise ship docking alongside! Parking included was a bonus. Facilities were good.

Navigating to parking space was complicated but ok.

Property was clean, comfy and in the perfect location for the restaurant and bars highly recommend

It was a bit stressful and confusing to get into the parking lot but the instructions were good once I took the time to read them properly!
