Chic Princes Wharf Studio - City View - Parking

This was a fantastic apartment to be based in for exploring Auckland. It’s in a great location right near the ferry wharf and walking distance to all the main attractions around the city. The apartment was very spacious, light-filled and with good air ventilation, modern and clean. The block out curtains were very effective at night. We loved having the two terraces: a small one off the kitchen side of the studio and a huge terrace with loads of furniture off the lounge room side of the studio. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed evenings out on the terrace watching all the harbour activity and beautiful city lights. The bathroom was a good size and with soap, shampoo & hand cream. There was a washer & dryer but also a hanging rack which we used. It was also great to have two power outlets on each side of the bed and to have access to Netflix on the large TV. The kitchenette was handy and had a full oven, small dishwasher and there were provisions of tea, coffee pods, pots pans oils and all necessary detergents. Finally, having access to secure parking was also greatly appreciated. I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic this apartment was for our short stay in Auckland. Do not hesitate to book.

Great location. Wonderful to see cruise ships and ferries from the deck and windows.

Parking was good, however it took us awhile to find the ramp to access the parking.

The condo was perfectly located and I believe had one of the beat views in Auckland. The owners were extremely helpful with information and responsive with questions. We highly recommend this place!

I honestly don’t have anything here. If you want a fancy resort, this may not be for you. If you enjoy a nice lanai with a view and a place that has everything you need, this is for you.

We loved that it includes parking. A decent sized kitchen. Stunning views from both decks. We have previously lived on princes wharf for many years, so it was great to be back and enjoy the stunning views these apartments have to offer. We were very comfy and would definitely stay again !!

Just a little dated, could do with a few touches here and there. The shower could do with some mould removal. Though pretty good overall for its age. Broken side table and some stains on the couch.

The apartment is in a good location with good access to restaurants on & around the Wharf area.

We had difficulty accessing the apartment. Trying to put our hands into the slot of a letter box to pull a chain with an FOB on it out was difficult & annoying & then our allocated carpark was being used by someone else. Got it all sorted but still annoyed. The bathroom is dated with cracked tiles. Cracked tiles also on the balcony.
