Luxurious Snowdrop Cabin with Private Hot Tub

It was nice and private. It was nice and bright. Furniture including bed was comfortable. The hot tub was lovely. Kitchen well stocked with what you needed. The grounds around the property were beautiful.

Not enough power points by the bed or dressing table so had to buy an extension lead. Had an iron but no ironing board. Shower leaks. Hot tub placed under tree so the cover had birds muck on it. Could have done with more comfortable garden furniture. Luckily we bought our own! The floor in the kitchen is lifting so kept tripping on it! The tap in the kitchen is back to front so we wondered why not getting any hot water until we worked it out. Kitchen would be better with a pedal bin or swing bin as having to lift the lid off with a handful of rubbish is a bit tricky. The property could do with a welcome pack to include instructions I.e tap back to front and include recommended places to go and places to eat etc and also provide a map of the grounds. I know this is provided in the emails but it would be easier to have a physical copy of the information.

The unit was really clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed to stay in, plenty of space inside. Well decorated and the hot tub is a nice touch, easy to operate. Check in and check out process very straightforward and the place is easy to find. Even though you are near other guests it was a quiet and relaxing environment. We also had a nice walk around the grounds and out through the woodland.

The only issue for us was the shower which was not powerful and took some time to warm up.

We loved the privacy and the general space and the facilities available.

A few nights were enjoyed. Communication was great. Comfortable, cosy stay with the added bonus of a hot tub. Wifi was good and it had everything needed for a short stay.

The shower had no pressure which took quite a while to heat and the shower head was broken. I evicted about 20 wood lice, one sadly lost its life. I imagine it being the start of the season, it has been locked up for winter.

Absolute stunning location everything you needed was perfect peaceful and tranquil

The hot tub was lovely , shower was hot.

Not enough crockery, cutlery,no curtains,finish not very good ,a bit tired. Not enough outside lighting. Needs an outside light that stays on.
