Golden Triangle Townhome at Downtown Denver

Place was a mess. We arrived at 10 pm to a place that was neglected and not cleaned from the previous renters. Dirty, all unmade beds and a complete mess. Communication with management was horrible. After deciding to answer our calls, the admin had as waiting, because she was going to help us with another apartment/hotel, only to give up after 2 hours because everything last minute was more expensive. When I personally found another hotel and send her the price (which was even less) she stopped communication. According to Booking.com they refused for a day to refund the money until I send them evidence of all this has happened. This has been the worse experience I ever encountered in booking a hotel/room

The property was dirty. The carpets were filthy, there wasn't a blanket on one of the beds (one of the people in our party went the whole stay without a blanket). The temperature downstairs was 20+ degrees colder than upstairs. Something happened to the outlets in the bathrooms the first day and would no longer work. There were disgusting globs of hair in the shower drain from previous guests. There was food left in the fridge from previous tenants and there was a nasty smell coming from the kitchen. I contacted the property manager the first day and they didn't send anyone out to look at the outlets. We went the entire stay without being able to use the bathroom outlets. Everytime I contacted management they swore they were going to come the next day....no one ever did. I absolutely would never stay there again. They should be ashamed.

Downtown was walkable and close to supermarket

The parking, but overall it was the best place .

Property is nice and new

Place says its for lots of people but doesn’t have enough plates or silverware other 2/3 plates. AC controller was disabled when told them it was not working right. Temperature gauge is in the middle floor with no sensors on other floors so house heats up until mid floor is. Garage controller didn’t have battery, front door battery did not work either.
