The location is great, it was quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfy

Overall the house was a let down! It felt like an unloved student house, a bit soulless. The photos make it looks nicer than it actually is. The kitchen isn't that well equipped - it had a coffee machine but not pods for people to use. No cafetiere either. The kitchen drawers were dirty. The outside area was covered in cigarette butts. Little details didn't go unnoticed - the big kitchen clock didn't work and a few of the bedroom lamps didn't work either. The upstairs bathroom really needs a renovation, especially the door. It is ALOT of money for such an average place. The very hefty damage deposit of £300 was extortionate for a one night stay. I wouldn't book again.

The management staff was rude for the check-out, although we were kind to accept late check-in when we arrived at 20 pm
