La ubicación es muy buena, se puede caminar directo hacia parque México y otros lados donde hay mucho que ver

Pidieron demasiada información antes de llegar a hacer el check in (incluso fotos de pasaporte o documento de identidad personal), y al momento de entrar solo pidieron el nombre y número de la reserva

I’ve been here twice, since November 2025 the Elevator didn’t work . January 2026 still not working. It’s uncomfortable carrying heavy luggage and all the stuff by the emergency stairs. Garbage truck a little bit noisy so early in the morning. Everything it’s good with the apartment but you can tell in advance that you don’t have elevator.

The bathroom was so dirty, I send a message and email complaining about that and no answer. Elevator didn’t work so you have to take the emergency stairs carrying luggage and stuff.

Pros: The place is pet-friendly, which is great.

Cons: Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. If you’re driving, be aware that the security guards sometimes take a long time to open the gate — once I even had to wait for almost an hour, and on another occasion, they didn’t open at all, leaving my new car exposed on the street. The emergency phone line never answers, and after your stay, they stop responding to messages. They also didn’t provide a proper invoice with the correct information. I stayed for a month, and they don’t provide cleaning service unless you pay an extra $50. In a hotel for the same price, they clean your room every day. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.
