Cromer Coastal 6-Bed House l Near Beach, Parking & Garden

Very spacious in house and lovely grounds. Beds were comfortable, showers great and kitchen well equipped. The hot tub was lovely, and extra towels were provided. Good location, with walkable distance into Cromer.

Lovely large house. Great kitchen. All rooms beautiful decorated. Fantastic grounds which even in winter the children loved exploring. Helpful owners who managed heating etc via remote

It’s not a dislike but for winter would be lovely to add log burner. As can feel bit cold. Also need much larger house name sign at side of road. All 4 cars got lost taking 20 minutes or so to locate the house. Need detailed map in preparation for visit. As other people have said quite hard to find. Sat nav takes you to caravan site which runs parallel with road to house.

Excellent house, had everything we needed for our annual Christmas friend gathering. Lovely location, comfortable spacious rooms. Just perfect.

Very spacious kitchen and dinner table and very comfortable beds. We had an amazing weekend enjoying the house, the hot tub and the fire pit.

Loved the property especially for the children Quick reaction to problem with back door.

All lovely…though I would expect that for the price. Very well equipped. Gorgeous decor. Layout suited our family gathering. Super location just out of town. Quiet. Nice touch: towels for the hot-tub.

Only little niggles which would be nice finishing touches: Downstairs cloakroom needed a hand towel rather than having to remember to take one allocated to you in your room. Hot-tub could be covered…even a gazebo would be good. Some salt/pepper and cooking oil would be useful basic kitchen items. Quite a few spidery corners everywhere - could have benefited from a quick round with feather duster before we arrived.

Location was good, peaceful space away from people close to Cromer. Lovely big garden space, well maintained. lots of rooms for people to sleep. Spacious kitchen area. Ample car parking. Good bathroom facilities. Hot tub lovely. Great barbecue and outside seating area.

The rough driveway approach to the property was furrowed from previous rain flooding and scraped a couple of the cars as we drove in. It would be better if this was rectified. The dishwasher didn’t clean properly. There was only on tea towel for the stay and no spares and insufficient cleaning sponges to clean the dishes. Made worse by the need to wash up. I guess we were encouraged to buy our own but not had to do this in other properties
