Great location, comfortable apartment for a family

No safety latches on windows they open all the way out, extremely dangerous if you have children as they are easily accessible. Main bathroom smelt of sewerage

I was pleasantly surprised to see the unit is actually exactly like in the photo. Very luxuriously furnished. It felt more like a hotel suite than an apartment. Every amenities are included e.g Coway wayer dispenser, washer-dryer, air fryer, ironing board, Microwave, TV in each rooms and a huge one in living room. At this price point, its a steal!

Parking can be a bit of a walk but its understandable
