It was very large and the pool was great

"Excellent, outstanding place to stay."

Clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family group to stay at. We were there for granddaughter’s wedding and it was an ideal place for her to prepare at.

Only real issue was that the trash bins were full when we arrived. Just made it more challenging to dispose of our trash when cleaning up to checkout.

The house was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. I loved that a high chair was available to us. I really enjoyed the pool. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding.

"Vaste maison bien située et bien équipée, avec piscine, mais service hôte à distance non réactif."

Vaste maison dans un quartier résidentiel de San Antonio, très sécure. La piscine est de bonne dimension et très agréable. L'équipement est de qualité. La salle de jeux est un plus avec baby foot, table de ping pong et table jeu de palet.

Les messages de "l'hôte" semblaient être des messages automatiques (arrivée et fin de séjour), sans réaction à nos messages signalant un ménage imparfait à notre arrivée (2 canettes vides, 1 chaussette dans le salon, ...), l'absence de gel douche dans l'une des deux salles de bain. Aucune réaction non plus quand nous avons regretté l'absence de transat pour la piscine (heureusement il y avait des chaises), l'absence de quelques doses de lessive pour le lave vaisselle et le lave linge, ce qui est pourtant bien pratique quand on est de passage (4 nuits). Toujours pas de réaction quand nous avons signalé que les balles de ping pong étaient toutes hors d'usage à notre arrivée ou quand nous avons informé de la présence, en cours de séjour, d'un scorpion dans la baignoire d'une salle de bain où notre fille était en train de prendre sa douche !
