"Passable"

The owner is very nice and friendly. The location is good as well. Space is quite big.

Facility in general is not meeting our expectation. The entire room looks quite seasoned and not new. No wifi, no air con in the living room. The furniture is not new as well.

The location is perfect for beach lover. Just a stone throw to the Kemang Beach. Just a few steps to powdery sandy beach with beautiful sunset view. Nice swimming pool too. Rooms are clean with towels provided. Air-con available in both bedroom Free parking available in front of building. Friendly host. Easy self check-in and out. :)

The unit is quite hot when the weather is sunny. There's no air con in the living room.
