La posizione la casa molto carina

Se devo fare un appunto per la bellezza della casa, il bagno sopratutto un po datato, sarebbe da ristrutturare . Solo questo per il resto tutto perfetto

La posizione eccellente

Le camere da letto belle ma essenziali. Il bagno non è ristrutturato come invece il resto dell'appartamento. La cucina non adeguatamente attrezzata. Gli infissi non sono insonorizzati. La terrazza antistante, considerata la posizione centrale molto trafficata, non presenta una siepe per una maggiore privacy.

Proximité du centre et des restaurants Grand appartement

Mal insonorisé notamment la chambre donnant côté rue, c’est très bruyant car proximité de la rue et de l’église (cloche sonne à 7h30) Manque lave linge et lave vaisselle La salle de bain pourrait être rénovée!
