Cozy 1Br with Netflix & Balcony Pool View Condo

This is our second time staying in this unit and i could say that it just gotten better. It has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is clean. Bed, and even the sofa bed were comfortable. The owner was very accomodating and responded very quickly to our enquiries. There is a mall with few restaurants and a convinience store nearby in case you need to buy something. WiFi was fast. There was a netflix ready to used. Has fully-equipped kitchen. And had complimentary snacks, coffee and bottled waters when we arrived which we appreciate very much.

The building has a "no guests" policy for AirBNB guests. 2 out of 4 lifts aren't working during our 5 nights stay in the premise. During peak hours there were queue of people waiting to get in the lifts.

Room is ok but not clean. The one who showed me around was nice and cna easily requested with them. Early or late check in or out.

Room has alot of stuff that were left by others or it looks like someone is staying there and just ledt their stuff. Pillows are amelly specially the one on the sofa, even the sofa itself was smelling awful. Thankful the bws doesn't have smell.

Exceptional. The location was very accessible to everything. We had a cozy and comfortable sleep during our stay. Definitely we will come back again. Thank you so much to our host Joanne/Nimfa. Highly recommended to my friends and family.

The place, the apartment very cnfortable and safe, i hope i got to stay here again in the future. Thank u so much ❤️

A good location in a nice safe area and building with lots of good food options nearby. Everything worked well including AC, WiFi and hot water. Snacks and water were even provided. The kitchen was also well equipped.

Quite a small apartment perhaps two small for a family, better for singles and couples. The pool was amazing but just a note it needs to be booked in advance with host and it costs 150 pesos. There are a lot of rules for the pool and also checkin etc.

love how miss nimfa is super accommodating! highlhighly suggest that if you want to swim during the weekends, and you'll stay also start of a weekend, coordinate right away with Miss Nimfa about it since admin office for pool ticket is closed during weekends.

Location and owners are very nice.. the room is comfortable and there are many tools and devices to make stay comfortable... Owners are helpful to easy to contact them..

No problem if you are alone or you have permanent accompany.. But it is long and hard process to check in a guest.. The residance management has many procedure for even simple check in.. I hope soon a new simple policy ...
