“The apartment has good potential and the location is convenient, however there are a few areas that need improvement. The trash bin did not have a plastic bag, which affected cleanliness, and the bedsheets were quite crumpled upon arrival. With better attention to these details, the stay could be much more comfortable.”

This is 2nd time we stayed at this Homestay. A truly excellent homestay with outstanding comfort and cleanliness. Clear instructions fr owner for easy check in and check out procedure. The attention to detail and friendly host made our experience exceptional. We would definitely love to return.

The location is outside the city area, where traffic flows more smoothly. It is near Balakong and The Mines Shopping Mall. The best part was that the host didn’t require a deposit, which is usually a hassle to transfer back and forth.

The host did not provide the information a day before our arrival, and we only received a response after I called to check. Fortunately, they responded fairly quickly once contacted. The room was just acceptable, the decor is outdated, and some facilities, like the air conditioner and bed, are aging. As many previous guests have mentioned, it is definitely time to replace the mattress. The air conditioner in the single room was not functioning well. The environment is relatively clean, and most essential facilities are available, but the seating area, such as the sofa, was dirty and uncomfortable. The condo management is quite strict regarding attire in the swimming pool. Depending on your budget, you might find better options than this unit.

very clean. all the basic amenities were provided. the staff was really helpful. complete instructions were given for check in & check out. the view from living room is so nice.
