NEW 2 Bedroom Hollywood Beach and Hard Rock LB1

I didn't like anything!

We arrived on December 24, 2025, expecting a clean and comfortable 2-bedroom house based on the description and photos on Booking.com. What we found was completely different. The place had a strong musty smell (impossible to breathe, even with the AC on), black mold and thick dust/dirt in the ventilation grilles, and overall it was filthy and unsanitary. It looked like an old shed divided into sections, with no proper cleaning done. This posed a real health risk, so we left the same day — we didn’t stay a single night. The host initially suggested running an ozone machine but then stopped responding to messages completely. Booking.com couldn’t reach an agreement with the host for a refund and only offered a $150 travel credit. The full amount ($1,204.77) was not refunded, even though the accommodation was essentially unusable and no service was provided. The photos on the site do not match reality at all. I do not recommend this property — choose a verified hotel instead to avoid ruining your trip.
