I have to say NOTHING was as promised and there was nothing to like. Not one good thing to say because everything was either broken or dirty. Even the internet did not work.

Where do I start? First off, we booked this place 24 hours in advance for an entire month. We planned on exploring Miami area as this was our first year as snow birds and were excited about our stay. We've stayed in third world countries that were 10 times cleaner and safer than this one. Ok here's the list of what made this place unacceptable: Same door key code as the attached unit so the neighbor could come in. Front door lockset was broken so door wouldn't close. Dead cockroaches in kitchen cabinets, Absolute filth on floors, grease streaks on cabinets, and appliances. Dirty pots and pans in kitchen cupboards. Bed sheets stained with hair and bodily fluids. Broken futon. No internet so wife missed a day of work. The place looked like it had NEVER been cleaned, no joke. Refrigerator had a water leak so the rusty water was dripping on the soft floor beneath. The vinyl plank flooring was cracked. Handle falling off bedroom door. We asked 3 times if we could come a few hours early to check in and we were denied because the management said everything was being sanitized. What a joke as no-one had ever cleaned this place. Because of all this, we spent approximately 10 hours there and left in the early AM hours and requested our money back. We fought for over a month as Booking.com wouldn't give us a refund and our credit card company went to bat for us and got us our refund. We supplied pictures and videos documenting our whole experience and Booking.com was a terrible let down. If it wasn't for Wells Fargo credit card we would be out $4,300. All these people want is your money with no customer service. For some reason our pictures won't download, you wouldn't believe your eyes.

Excessive amount of mosquitoes lizards , ands and one roach was seen, neighborhood is nosy , DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF A HIGH SCHOOL AND CHURCH, there’s a hole in the wall where bugs come out.
