Great location right in the centre of town, little bit noisy at night, but extremely convenient all in all

El ascensor no funcionaba y estábamos en el segundo piso de un edificio con muchas escaleras

El departamento es bonito, amplio y cómodo. Está bien ubicado para pasear por el centro de Brighton, movilizarse y caminar a la costa.

Por su ubicación central, tiene el aspecto negativo de que las noches son muy ruidosas. Pasa mucha gente por afuera haciendo ruido hasta tarde, además del tráfico vehicular. Pero lo peor es que la ventana de la habitación pequeña da hacia un patio interior de un restaurante, con un ruido constante de aire acondicionado o generador, muy fuerte, y en las noche con mucho ruido de gente hasta muy tarde, con música fuerte también. Además, no hay ascensor, y la cocina no está bien equipada para cocinar.

The flat was lovely and cosy, exactly like in the pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean and it couldn't be more central - very quick and easy to walk everywhere. Beds were comfy, nice linen and towels, had everything we needed in the kitchen.

This is not the hosts fault, but have to mention it as it completely ruined our stay. Having read the reviews, we knew to expect some noise from outside due to the location and brought earplugs with us expecting some traffic noise and people passing by outside. However at 8pm the restaurant right outside the smaller bedroom started playing very loud music, and a rowdy loud group were singing, cheering and shouting at the top of their voices on a Sunday evening. It was unbelievably loud, like they were in the room next to us. We tolerated the noise until 11pm, it completely ruined our evening and enjoyment of the flat. Went down to the restaurant & asked them to keep the noise down, however the party continued until 2am making it impossible to sleep. Also, the amount of deposit required was not made clear prior to booking.

Location was good. Easy to check in

No way to have fresh air. One window opens to the Main Street where there are lots of car exhaust. The other side of the window opens up to the back of a restaurant with cooking fume. Washer is smoky which made my cloths smell really bad
