televisions not located in each bedroom, hot water temperature, check door hinges, shower great, but need and instruction manual nothing time can manage

Host was so unprofessional, went to the house the day of the booking to check in and she never responded I had to call her multiple times , then she didn’t know the door code and had us guessing stuff to the point where the door locked on us and we had to come back later on that day just to check in. Didn’t give us any instructions on how to check in or anything. Didn’t even send us any information on how to check out or anything. But besides that the house was nice ig.

Everything was great

The A/C was not working much and the lights for outside /outdoors by the pools was not working. Otherwise everything was good.

Das Haus ist sehr groß mit gemütlichen Betten. Es war alles gut gesäubert. Der Pool war das Highlight. Die Lage ist ok, alles war in guter Reichweite. Zwischendurch gab es von der Vermieterin Rückfragen, ob alles ok wäre, oder wir etwas benötigten.

Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht sehr gestört hat. Teilweise bröckelt der Putz ab, etc. Aber wirklich nicht gut war, war, dass ich die Handbrause in der Dusche nicht benutzen konnte, weil das Wasser fast ausschließlich aus dem kaputten Schlauch austrat. Die Pfannen waren fast ohne Beschichtung und extrem dreckig, sodass wir uns nichts braten konnten. Ameisen waren Dauergäste in Bad und Küche. Den Code für die Tür haben wir erst nach erneuter Nachfrage bekommen, als wir schon in Miami gelandet waren. Auch den Code fürs Internet haben wir erst auf Nachfrage über WhatsApp bekommen. Es gab einen Fön, der aber nur in ein paar ausgewählten Steckdosen funktioniert hat. Eine Schere oder Teelöffel gab es nicht. Auch die Belüftung sah nicht so appetitlich aus. Alles in Allem war es ok. Aber die Bilder aus dem Internet täuschen etwas.
