First they sent me a confirmation mail but then they wouldn't pick my calls up or anything after that on the day of the booking after calling them for lile 500 times they finally picked up and cancelled my booking telling me they've double booked

There was no such thing to like.

There was no cleanliness, Spider webs, windows were broken, dirty water, basic necessities are not available at the property such as hand wash,tissue. Swimming Pool is too small.
