Super Lage.

Sehr steile Treppe, schlechtes Licht im Treppenhaus. Ein Fenster konnte man nicht schliessen, weil es defekt war.

Location

The host was unhelpful, disinterested and rude, from the moment we booked. The property was supposed to come with free parking but he was unable to tell us the height restrictions in advance and suggested we just turn up (it’s 2.0 meters which is clearly displayed on the front of the parking lot and should be easy enough for anyone local to know - in case anyone else is looking). From there he ignored my messages to help advise on alternative parking, refused to communicate with me on the phone, ignored our messages about the being no functional wifi in the house and was aggressive and rude about our request for help to leave bags early due to the extreme rain and having no available parking. In addition the state of the property was terrible. The sink leaks all over the floor, the stairs are hazardous and have no safe bannister, no wifi, barely any kitchenware, beds that collapse in the night and a bedroom that’s barely useable it’s so small! Steer clear of this one (and shame on booking.com for allowing this host to continue using the platform to advertise falsely a functional apartment)!

The WiFi doesn’t work

L emplacement de l appartement sur la place centrale c est topissime.

Les explications pour recuperer les clefs sont très bien à condition d arriver depuis la place supérieure comme indiqué et la vidéo est très bien faite mais il aurait été plus judicieux de nomer cette place d une part car la place superieure ne veut rien dire pour les touristes qui ne connaissent pas l endroit et de rajouter d autres explications depuis la place ou se trouve l appartement pour ceux qui se sont rendus comme nous directement à l adresse de l'appartement d autre part. De plus, lorsque l on clique sur le lien pour relire de nouveau les explications et voir la vidéo, on se retrouve sur la première page ou l on a complété nos identités, alors on pense que l on s est trompé et on ne retrouve pas les explications. En fait il faut bien aller sur la première page où l on a complété les infos, ressaisir l adresse mail puis valider pour retrouver les explications. Bref, un vrai sac de nœuds. Ça été très pénible! Appartement au dernier étage, avec escaliers dont le dernier très étroit.

Purtroppo sono dovuta stare molto addosso all’host perché fino all’ultimo non ci aveva mandato le indicazioni per eseguire il check in in autonomia.

I have been waiting for a reply to my complaints to no avail. So, here you go: 1. The access to the appartment is highly dangerous and this should be mentioned in the description. Both Booking.com and the owner should be liable for this. My wife fell down the stairs that would be better described as a ladder given the very steep inclination and the narrow steps. Even the ramp is broken and "repaired" only with tape!! It is extremely difficult to bring your luggage upstairs and very hazardous to bring them down. People MUST BE WARNED that they need to be young and fit to access. 2. The flat screen TV is a joke: It's a 21" computer screen, neither powered nor connected to anything. The photos show "Netflix" on the screen but this is FAKE. 3. The bed needs a new mattress. It must be 30 years old! 4. The A/C will cool down the room to 25ºC at best. I am not going to go any further. The most shocking part is that I heard nothing back from Booking.com or from the owner. I paid for 3 nights and spend only one night as my wife was obviously afraid to go in and out of this place. Although I am strong and relatively fit, I was very uncomfortable myself. I was only relieved to manage to bring the luggage back to our car and leave.

Great location, big plus was free parking. Good instructions to check in and parking was provided including videos.
