"Definitely stay again."

This is a great caravan for a great price. On arrival the caravan smelt really nice and also it was very clean. It's in a great location too within minutes to the beach and ingoldmells. We would recommend it to anyone and stay here again.

Everything about the caravan was unsafe beds dirty and blood stains rubbish under beds shower not on wall

Great location easy bus access to Skegness and ingermells and club across the road was good.

Shower needs more ventilation and gas cooker ignition switch does work and being non smokers we had to by a long handled lighter.

"It was what we expected has we saw pictures on line it stated old caravan and cheap price"

The caravan was fine and worth the money we paid has it stated it's an old caravan so it was what we expected our grandson enjoy it so we were happy

I didn't like that there wasn't any bedside lamps in the bedrooms and no litter bins in bathroom/toilet or kitchen
