la casa e bella tutto in ordine

prima cosa la casa e caldissima per noi non andato il tv non riusciamo a fare rafredare la casa + le scale non c’é la fai proprio a arrivare fa caldo davvero la casa e bella pero con il caldo per la colpa del forno sotto di casa non é bello

ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bedanken – die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich! Ein besonderes Dankeschön auch an den Besitzer: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ihr habt euch um jede Kleinigkeit gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

"A great place if management would simply get its act together."

It's a large, spacious apartment, with plenty of good features. Very clean. Great location.

We almost didn't get in at all. For at least 48 hours prior to our arrival, i asked questions about entering, such as the lockbox combination, which apartment number, etc. I got no response whatsoever. We arrived, i messaged that we were there in front of the door. No response. I tried calling the number provided. It didn't work. It was only pure luck that a workman was going up to the apartment to replace a toilet seat. He put me in touch with the management, who informed that had sent everything to me on WhatApp. Except that i never received it. And they ignored my increasingly urgent requests using the Booking.com messaging service. To add insult to injury, after we were finally inside, management sent me the info through Booking. They seriously need to be more professional about this. Also, no fault of anyone, there is a very long, narrow and extremely steep flight of stairs to navigate. Oh yes, and one half roll of toilet people for two people for two nights isn't quite enough.
