The size of the condo great location to restaurants walking distance from the condo.

Not receiving my requested checking in time..

The unit was comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and in a nice location. I would definitely book a stay there again. The bedrooms were a nice size and well furnished.

The lockbox to retrieve the apartment key was difficult to open.

Good value rental in a great location close to metro, grocery, and tasty Peruvian chicken restaurant. Management was responsive, the unit looked true to the photos, and it had everything we needed - even little extras provided (shampoo, robes, etc.). Really spacious apartment.

Do note that the livingroom setup works well if you’re using the space as an extra bedroom, but it’s not ideal as a comfortable shared sitting space. Also note there are quite a few forms and instructions to get through in advance and it takes a little while to figure out navigating between the two towers. Prices on the rental vary depending on where you book.

Location. View from balcony. Supplies were great- coffee & creamer, bathroom supplies.

Complicated to find key & parking pass. Daybed in living room not a good substitute for a couch- uncomfortable. TV should be in corner rather than in front of window blocking view. Needed instructions for thermostat.

Location was perfect. Really liked the layout and floor plan. Probably my favorite of any short term rental I've stayed in.

Address of the unit is different than what's shown on Booking. Train noise is noticeable. The thermostat kept resetting to a higher temp on its own. I'd be sitting there thinking "why is it warm in here?" So that was kinda annoying especially overnight. Also the key to the apartment has an airtag on it. I understand it's helpful to find a lost key, but I didn't like the idea of someone being able to track our movements. But I did like the place enough that I'd stay there again.

The apartment is very spacious with each bedroom having their own bathroom and excellent shower heads. The apartment building is very nice and quiet, other then the noise of the metro and trains. It is very close to the Metro which is convenient, but you have the noise of the metro and trains which is very annoying. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient.

We were not given the correct address so we waisted a lot of time trying to find the apartment. Fortunately Ola answered his phone and gave us the address. We were not given the correct entry code to the apartment so that was very frustrating and required another phone call. It would be nice to have additional towels as we stayed 8 days.

The host is HORRIBLE, RUDE and a liar. Some of the bedding had stains as if it hadn't been washed since the last guest. That was nasty, but they had a washer, so we just washed the linens of concern. Silverware had food/yogurt stains. Not sure what the cleaning deposit is used for. Although we were told to provided our license plate to the owner for parking, I still paid almost 100.00 in guest parking fees as the signs instructed and my handicapped mothers vehicle with her walker was still illegally towed from the property. Fully registered handicapped car towed as a money scheme. The owner originally advised they would refund me but has since lied to booking.com. I have all of the receipts and truth on my side
