If you plan to bring more than 4 people, there will be an additional charge of $35 per guest, per night. *Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability: Early Check-In: Available upon request for $20 per hour (first 2 hours); $40 per hour thereafter. Late Check-Out: Available upon request for $20 per hour (first 2 hours); $40 per hour thereafter. Please contact us to arrange early check-in or late check-out services. All requests must be confirmed and are always subject to availability. * Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be canceled. * Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit. * Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21. * Credit Card Authorization: $200 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or any potential damages during your visit.
