Cosy entire flat 5 min from Citycentre sleeps 4

The flat was tidy and clean, the bed was comfy with a perfect location close to Birmingham city centre. The host was very helpful and always kept in touch to make sure our stay was smooth. Thank you so much.

communication with a host, very difficult, and have to ask booking.com 4 times to get the check in instructions as host didn't want to share them unless I send a photo of my ID and credit card on whattsapp, unacceptable! The booking was for 3 people, 2 adults and teen, but when we turn up there was only one double bed on a platform, sofa bed wasn't prepared for us at all, then when we tried to set it up we noticed that one of us will sleep on a wooden board half way threw and rest on the floor. No bed sheet or pillow etc. No toiletries available, towels for 2 people not 3, no cups or glasses in a kitchen to make a cup of tea, so pls don't be misleaded by pics that u can have a nice breakfast there at the table... unless it's 2 of u and u take your own cups ;-) very difficult to access the key box at night, it is on a ground level of a fence wall, no light there, and u need to nearly lie down on a muddy ground to get into it, plus it's jamming so another level of fight to get into the property. The worst check in process ever we had.
