A la ducha le faltaba una puerta, en consecuencia salía todo el agua, nos dijeron que vendrían a repararlo y nadie fue al día siguiente. El calentador del lavabo iba a ratos y al grifo de la pica de manos le halagaba el filtro y salía el agua hacia los lados y salpicando todo. La ducha estaba sucia, tenía pelos. Además la primera noche no se podía dormir del frío porque no calentaba la calefacción de la habitación, hasta la noche siguiente que se dejó todo el día encendida no se notó calor.

Appartement salle, gonflement du prix pour arnaquer les touristes ( jusqu'à2 fois le prix), mauvaises indications de check-in, équipements défaillant comme la porte de douche, couverture trop petite qui ne couvre pas le corps entièrement, chauffage insuffisant, pas des matériaux de ménage même pour grand séjour, lits pas confortables, pas de tapis de bain, parties communes très sales, service client très lent et inefficace.

Excelente ubicación cerca de todo , súper limpio el apartamento además nos dejaron la calefacción encendida para cuando llegamos y estaba súper calentito , nos encantó y seguramente repetiremos

Que no teníamos hervidor para calentar agua y tampoco hay extractor y al cocinar nos tocó abrir la puerta y entraba mucho frío por lo demás todo genial súper bien

Location

It was small (deluxe apartment 6!), very cold on the corner and with a very small radiator, whose temperature couldn’t be modified. The floor was freezing. When I asked from extra blanket and instructions for how to increase the heat on the radiator I got the message turn on the AC (in the other room). The toilet seat was broken, one door of the shower cabin was missing, the kettle wasn’t working. When we arrived there was no paper toilet, no soap, no towels and linen, even it was way past our arrival time estimated. After 9 pm someone came with towels and linen. Except the linen was wet and they put in on none the less. When calling the center we are told to dry the linen by ourselves.

Peu d'équipement de cuisine, rien pour faire le ménage, douche en verre défectueuse qui s'est cassée en miettes sur nous : pouce ouvert et multiples coupures. Le hall d'entrée était insalubre et plein de poubelles se sont accumulées le week-end
