Too cold no heating One set of keys Neighbours complained about noise during day with telly and kids playing games - police came out on Xmas day Electric tripped if I oven and microwave on at same time Door/window in main bedroom don’t shut properly so very cold

Electric tripped most of the time so didnt have warm water but it was so hot most of the time so ok
