Tropical House with Heated Pool 10 Min to Strip

Spacious & not far from the strip.

Location was great. Easy to find and close to the areas we were going to. Very roomy. Kids really enjoyed the game room. Management was quick to respond to all of our messages which we greatly appreciated.

The listing is “with heated pool”. The pool was very cold, but we could not allow our kids in the back yard anyway because the back of property cement block wall has severe structural problems. It is crumbling and tilting severely into the back yard. Very concerned that it could collapse at anytime into the swimming pool. Management is aware of the problem, but is apparently litigating the responsibility with the neighbor rather than addressing this very serious problem. There was a gas leak during our stay and the management responded quickly and we were able to get it fixed quickly. Two faucets (upstairs bath/shower and vanity in downstairs bathroom) are plumbed in reverse. The downstairs is very slow to get hot water and the shower upstairs nearly scalded my granddaughter when she tried to turn down the hot water only to have it get super hot instead. The dishwasher was never installed correctly, freely moving in and out and tilting. Also, missing the cutlery basket. Management stated that it has been ordered and will address the dishwasher installation after our stay. Property has the latest Google Nest thermostats which work great, but would have appreciated instructions on their use. Some short instructions on how to raise or lower the temperature or a QR code on the wall above the thermostats would be helpful. Although we could not find any dish towels, the house had plenty or supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, but although they advertise a full laundry, you must supply your own detergent. The daily rates are comparable to the area, but there is a steep $300 cleaning fee added to all rental contracts.
