Nice and spacious and great views

The television did not work and even though the staff was aware of it before and we reported it again nothing was done about it.

Loved the location and house was spacious. Nadia was great and very helpful.

The ceiling fans in three of the bedrooms were horribly noisy. Uncomfortable beds. One of the bedroom doors couldn’t close shut as well as bathroom door in downstairs bedroom. Strange smell in the kitchen and dining room. Kitchen implements need to be updated, pots and pans in bad condition. Furnishings leave much to be desired. Television is horribly outdated and I would expect more when taking into consideration the nightly cost. The host was painfully rude and made it seem as if she was doing me a favour. My two telephonic interactions I had with her were unpleasant to say the least. No effort was put into communication. I had driven down to Knysna from Johannesburg and when I called to check on entry to the the estate I was told to “read my email” Simply put, this attitude and lacking level of service is unacceptable at any price point and she managed to put a huge damper on my stay as the other guests that heard her on the phone with me in the car…

Beautiful accommodation with a spectacular view. The house is spacious with plenty of rooms, very clean, and well equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. Excellent value for money and very affordable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful spacious house with a lovely splash pool for cooling off. Super braai/bbq facilities and everything we needed. WiFi was very good too.

The agent for this was very disorganised and things almost went very badly because of it. I booked and paid for this more than 9 months in advance, but the agent only saw fit to send through endless paperwork 2 days before we were supposed to arrive. The paperwork needed original signature and all our personal documents/information but as I explained to this agent, we were travelling and couldn’t fill in, print and scan, etc. at such a late stage. We were curtly informed that we would be denied access should we not submit this paperwork beforehand! I spent most of the day before running around trying to get everything done and this was while we had traveled almost 24hours. The property is lovely with amazing views, but I suggest people be warned that the service is atrocious and could lead to serious problems with their stay.

The beautiful house, furniture, utensils & decor. In the bed rooms clean & nice bedding with bathrooms. Everything perfect way more expected.

Sometimes water will be cold when we use a shower.
