The apartment was dirty, floors were not moped, the bathroom had mold and there were ants around the house. The couch and chairs had Huss stains on them and we were not able to sit there. Also, the apartment is located in an tower building that clearly stays that it is not permitted to do short- term rentals nor airbnb. When we asked the staff if they could send someone to clean it, we got zero response back.

I’m a frequent user of Booking.com (Genius Level 3), and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review. As a Malaysian, I’m familiar with the general hygiene and accommodation standards in the country — and this stay was far below acceptable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a large sign at the entrance that read, “No Airbnb, no short-term rental. This is a residential neighborhood.” I was traveling with my husband’s family, who are all Europeans, and we felt extremely awkward as local residents watched us arriving with our luggage. It was clear we were not welcome. The cleanliness of the apartment was a joke. The moment I stepped in barefoot, I could immediately feel the dirty floor, and not difficult to find groups of ants gathering in different areas. When I asked the host if the floor had been mopped, he proudly said no. Only after I complained, he agree to send a cleaner — but not until the following day. This meant we had to stay the first night in an unclean apartment, dealing with ants and dirt. The host offered to move us to another unit, but that one was in no better condition. In the end, we decided to clean the place ourselves. Other issues included: Mold in the bathroom, stains on the chairs & sofa, sauce stains inside the kitchen cabinets. A water dispenser that only dispensed hot water, no cold water and no instructions provided. When I asked the host for help, I received no response. The host initially said we could request a one-night refund (we stayed 2 nights) due to all the issues. We submitted the request, but they never followed up or responded. This stay was incredibly disappointing, and we felt deeply disrespected when the host stopped responding to us and failed to keep their promise.
MYMYThat Homestay is very good for small family for leisure... Very Happy can stay at that house is feel very comfortable.. Got Karaoke set, TV Box, water dispenser also have swimming pool
