The location is good.

Just to sum up in a few sentences as there are too many things that were unsatisfactory. When we reached the place, it was out of our expectations - the place was dirty, dusty, missing out some amenities and facilities, run down, poorly maintained, and not worth the price we paid for. Definitely not coming back anymore!
