"Excellent Cafe, friendly staff, good pool. Basic, but enjoyable."

The staff were friendly, and helpful, the facilities were good, pools, and playgrounds were good, and the room was big enough. The local La Cusina Cafe was amazing and delicious.

Taps/showers were leaking, windows weren't secure for little kids, no air conditioning in living room, block facilities were not all well maintained: men's steam room, women's sauna and some gym equipment wasn't working.

"Place is good. Had a lot of bed bugs and host never tried to communicate. Stay away from this place."

I like the location of the place. It is near a lot of popular sites like IOI Puchong and Sunway Pyramid. I like that there are multiple beds to sleep on. Also was happy for a swimming pool.

The BED BUGS. I DIDN"T DISCOVER THEM UNTIL THE THIRD DAY. I had friends that wanted to stay over there but couldn't because one of the main rooms had so many bed bugs. Some even had to sleep on the floor away from the bed bugs. Not very happy about it. The host never even attempted to contact me for a partial refund. I had to contact Booking.com for them. Not very good.

My family really love staying here. The House is bigger than expected, 3 large rooms with a total of 2 double beds,4 single beds. Clean environment and the guards are very nice. Almost fulfill all staying needs such induction cooker, fridge, washing machine,dinner table, Cuttery, cups, plates and bowls. And most important, stable wifi. Also, the check in process was smooth and accurate, helpful host and provided us with a detailed guide. Definitely will come back here for staycation.

improved additions in terms of suitable dishwashing soap. Need to have proper clothes for swimming.
