Quality of fitting and bedding

Having to sign a rental agreement, pay a £200 deposit which takes up to 5 days to refund and having to do a photo ID all of which were a pain

Lovely place, surprisingly large, coffee left for you and some kitchen essentials. Lovely farmhouse location! Ordered some birthday balloons, and banner for me.

The place was great. Only thing, the windows were all open on our arrival so the flat had a few wasps in that we had to catch, the bedroom cupboard had lots of little spiders and in each corner of bedroom ceiling and floors and around windows and beams too, just needs more cleaning I appreciate its in the countryside of course and they move pretty quick but I would go around again just before clients arrive if its going to be like that - as someone with a phobia I didn't sleep at all the first night.
