Exceptional. The villa is absolutely stunning - thoughtfully designed with high-end fittings and luxurious touches throughout. It offered the perfect blend of comfort and style, making for a truly memorable stay. The surrounding area is peaceful, with breathtaking views of the mountains.

The location is a bit of a walk, most of which is uphill. Arriving with heavy luggage on foot might be a challenge, but it’s well worth it once you get there.

Ideal place, but it is better to have a car everywhere there, because it is not convenient to walk. Parking costs extra money, it is difficult to park a car in the city.

Location is excellent but you need a car to get into town.

The only issue is that there is only one shower+toilet for the house. For four people this was just about workable. For more than four people it would not really be adequate.

I would rate this house 11. Not because I emotionally liked it too much (which is true) but because it exceeded expectations for a rental house. The details of the luxurious equipment make you feel it- the super comfortable bed, the good complimentary coffee, the high end kitchen equipment, the super sharp knives, etc, etc. The view is remarkable and I wouldn’t change it for anything more central. The owner is super helpful and is a real viking 🤭. All was fantastic and made us feel like we are part of the local arctic life, not some touristic place. Wonderful stay in Tromso overall.

Beautiful newly built apartment located in a quiet area with great views of the mountains surrounding Tromso from the living room; the city center is 15 min away by foot or 5 min by car. There is a covered private parking place, very useful when roads are icy. Lasse, the owner, is a super nice guy, ready to help you for every need.

This is probably the most luxurious stay I have ever blocked. The house is suited in beautiful area above the city centre of Tromsø. It is roughly 20 minutes walk to the marina where all group tours start. Villa is part of bigger building accommodating at least three different groups, but has its own private entrance. On the top floor there is full equipped kitchen with everything you may need and more. It is beautifully furnished with style, connected to spacious dining space and living room. The view from the living room is out of this world. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and the bathroom, and on the bottom level there are two more beds in the common space and one separate bedroom. The house can easily accommodate 9, 10 and even twelve people if there are couples. The host was super friendly, we had to check in later in the night and Lasse supported us in every way possible. She even messaged us when Aurora was visible above the accommodation. We cannot be happier for choosing Arctic villa, I would love to come back and would definitely recommend it for anyone for exceptional stay in Norway!
