Amazing location, residence, amenities, facilities and client/owner contact. Really great for walking into Chester. The beds are comfy and the place is warm and has a great vibe. Would recommend a stay in this quirky place!

Parking on street can be just luck but can have a boatyard parking space.

We loved that the location was very close to the centre of Chester and we were able to walk rather than drive. Everything that you needed in the chapel was there, there was even a bottle of milk ready to make a refreshing cup of tea on our arrival!! Our host was very informative about the local area including where to park etc. and a great communicator so we knew exactly what to do on arrival. Would definitely recommend!!

Location was really good with secure parking available. Hosts where able to split the main double room into two single beds which suited our adult daughters. Well catered for with lots of facilities to make the stay more comfortable. Lovely cafe around the corner which did nice breakfasts. Very nice 10 - 15 minute walk along the canal and by the canal locks up to the city walls, easy to get to the town centre.

We did find the second bedroom double bed a bit soft, but that is a personal thing. The car parking was a few minutes up the road and on first impression does not look secure. However, we had no issues leaving our car there over the 3 nights. There was no street parking available in front of the accommodation during our whole stay, so the private parking was very useful.

We liked the layout of the property. Location was good walking distance to city centre.

Fantastic little house, great location for hopping on the walls, walking along the canal and along the river. Handy parking a couple of hundred yards away, off street. Amy was a lovely attentive host, the house was spotless & very comfortable, we hope to be back!
