Very spacious, prompt replies, convience to the surrounding malls strip, trains, busses, and even restaurants! They was fairly quiet at night of course when it mattered. 2 bathrooms, towels provided, affordable, and I loved the family dining room table!!! Loved the futon couches and the a/c units in each room loved being able to dictate my own temperature. Just a heads up Jersey does not offer bags so if you go to the store to buy food for a long period of time be sure you remember you will have to transfer each item to your vehicle or purchase recyclable bags. I loved the friendliness of the people in the area. Other than the cleanliness of the unit and the non reimbursement for days the airline/Microsoft glitch that effect flights, we absolutely enjoyed every bit of this unit! Dishes were dirty filled with dried up curry that hadn't been washed from the cooking utensils nor the pans. Hair that clearly wasn't my grade and footprints that weren't our size were all on the master room bathrooms floor. When we first pulled up we almost pulled off due to the cracked glass at the entrance door but we still went up. Also with a hotel and rental if a flight was delayed due to the airline they refund you what you were unable to use but we weren't even given the option nor do I suspect they will refund us for the day we unfortunately could not used. When I emailed the owner they simply said the lock code will be available for you when you get there. Also one small roach was dead on the floor in the master bathroom, respectfully i dont have roaches at home wasnt expecting to be met with that, and I had to kill one a day or two in in the same bathroom. I also have pictures of the dishes that were undone that we had to clean. I look at it this way the cleaning fee is to clean up I got a large email of instructions to clean the dishes, take out trash, and much more and still being charged a clean up fee? Also before an apartment is rented out to someone else it should be check by the owner thoroughly to be sure it is suitable but I'm positive that didn't happen and I was kinda bummed due to it but overall worth the price. Also a great deal of crumbs in between the fotoñ.

Nothing fancy. Not nice. All functional furniture, but this ain’t the Ritz.
