Location! It's walking distance from main attractions: Gran Via, Chueca, Puerta del Sol, Calle Arenal, Museo del Padro, etc...

The building entrance needs urgently to be remodeled. Some minors details in the apartment like facilities or a table for putting suitcases.

Hay una obra con andamio en construcción, si van por trabajo es imposible dormir ,empiezan con los ruidos y gritos a las 6:30 am . El pasillo está lleno de tierra de la obra y por ende ingresa el polvo . No dejan shampoo , crema , dejan un jabón cito berreta que da vergüenza. No dejan ni sal , azúcar , ni aceite lo básico para un apartamento de ese valor . Pero lo más importante es el desastre de construcción con andamios que hay fuera del apartamento en el interior del edificio y que el ruido no te deja dormir y más si vas por trabajo no es el apartamento ideal MINTY STAY nos dijo que iba a hacer devolución por la 1 er noche y no lo hizo , faltó a su palabra . Realmente tuvimos una mala experiencia con MINTY STAY

Apartment was not particularly clean; kitchen ware was adequate but basic; no bedside lights; no extra pillows and mattress on double bed was soft; starting pack was mean - only one dishwasher tablet for 4 days for 4 people.

Just about location! Centrally located near Fuencarral, Hortaleza, Gran Via streets. Also,Mercadona, Carrefour supermarkets are walking distance as well as many remarkable stores. The apartment was very good, enough for 4 people. The layout was very friendly.

Our first impression was disappointing. Graffiti at the building door, trash in the floor, worn, torn, and dirty carpet in lobby. Honestly, we thought it was an error book the apartment, but we gave it a chance. Indoor, the apartment was well refurbished and cozy. The administration must take care of details such as frequently cleaning the air conditioners and cleaning under the beds. For a week's stay( 8 days), one set of linens and towels is not enough.

The location of building was so close to city centre and all the stores . The pace was cleaned and all the towel, pillow, linings are clean

The bathroom in master bedroom and toilet does not have ventilation The elevator was blocked and we were lucky could open the door and for morning it was blocked and didn’t work, elevator is old and kind of unsafe
