The caravan itself was amazing very clean and plenty of room for children to play around and even play out on the decking perfect for this weather we have just had. Not overly happy with the facilities everything was card payments only, even the arcade which took the fun away from our little boy putting his pocket money in the machine to get his 2p's out. which was annoying for us

"Lovely caravan but a couple of issues"

Best caravan layout. Lots of space and everything you need

Having to take own bedding as linen was an extra charge, the sofa and cushions could do with being spot cleaned. Both showers had issues with temperature.

Self catering

Outside area very muddy therefore had to place thick cardboard at bottom of steps to avoid getting mud inside. Difficulty getting dog into caravan with thick mud at the bottom of the steps.

The muddy patch at the bottom on the steps leading into the caravan. As didn't want to drag mud into the caravan

"Very peaceful and restful would definitely come again"

Very comfortable and clean with lovely decking and nice quiet location

En suite shower wasn’t working properly and the two pillows in second bedroom need re-stuffing, also (just a thought) soggy cardboard at entrance wasn’t very attractive and a little bit slippery

"A great place to stay in Suffolk"

This is a little gem of a holiday home. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. It was nice to have 2 shower rooms, both with toilet and basin. Parking right next to the unit made unloading / loading easier. The central heating kept the unit warm and comfortable. Having a key safe next to the front door made for a simple arrival (but don't forget to take your key safe code number). The site itself looks very upmarket and has a pub restaurant with entertainment, which cost £15 each to enter as part of the site facilities. Food prices and range are reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Signposting to the site, and on the site, could be clearer. I couldn't fault the accommodation itself.

"Disappointing"

Location was good. The holiday park was well kept

Ensuite shower was cold. Small bedroom smelt of wee, had to scrub carpet. Stains on seat of one of the sofas. Steps had bits broken off. Followed WiFi instructions but it wouldn't connect. Price of passes was ridiculous.
