location - right in the heart of KLCC spacious

well...I sure as hell didn't like being asked for a $200 cash deposit when checking in. Unexpected, unnecesary, not possible as I wasn't carrying $200. I didn't like that the "sea view" was only possible if I craned my neck around the corner of the balcony Check in process and check out process were more of a hassle than I cared for...especially after a long day of travel AC didn't work when we arrived due to old batteries in the remote. Rather than just put in new batteries, 2 or 3 different people came over the next 45 minutes to fiddle with the remote...as if we didn't know how to use it. It did get fixed, but it wasted an hour of our time - again, after a long day of travel Oh....a primary reason I booked this place was for the rooftop pool, but nobody tells you it closes at 8pm (really?) until you get there.

Strategic location

Can see the ageing of the unit. Water filter faulty for quite some time but never repair. Parking is at high floor.

We were not provided with the accommodation we had booked and they did not even warn us in advance that they would accommodate us elsewhere, they only responded to our inquiry and explained the change of accommodation. Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation did not correspond to the one booked.

Ended up at the wrong address and the owner rang and payed for a Grab taxi to take us to the correct location. The owners responded to any queries we had about the apartment and washed our clothes for us in a different location when we discovered the washing machine in the apartment was not working. The apartment was clean and good air conditioning and WiFi. Overall a lovely place to stay.

"Loved the apartment, loved the views and location. Didn't like the lifts!"

The apartment was incredibly clean with lovely comfortable furniture and brilliant views across Penang

The lifts were the only downside, it could sometimes take a while for one to arrive. We were sure that a more efficient and effective algorithm could be utilised!
