Luxury 53rd Flr Condo with Amazing Sunset View & Balcony NO ReFee at Palms Place

Great location. Very comfortable space and nice view. Unit was very clean. Free and easy parking was a plus. Enjoyed being away from the bustle of the strip. The unit was a great place to relax and decompress.

Service is very friendly, but sometimes slow. Front desk very efficient but bellman extremely slow. We requested service on flickering light in the bathroom, but maintenance did not repair.

Great sunset view. Tub and shower were awesome

Very dated and old. Carpet dirty. Phone did not work. Safe did not work due to low battery. Smell of sewer gas’s a lot of the time. Sink gurgled when there was nothing draining and at random times.

Liked room very much. Would stay their again as long as cost continues to be reasonable

Everything was great

The property was clean and in a great location and had everything we needed for example and iron and ironing board and a freezer that was full of ice cubes!

I prefer to stay off the strip, so the location was good for me, but there’s not much to walk to nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The unit is on the 53rd floor, but the elevator was extremely fast so it did not take a long time to come and go.

My only point of disappointment was there is no coffee in the unit or the building, you have to either walk down a long tunnel and go deep into the casino or go outside a few blocks on a busy street to Starbucks. It would be nice to be able to just make a pod in the unit before leaving for the day.

I enjoyed being up high with an open patio balcony. The space was very nice. The view was pretty. Although I didn’t cook in the room, there was the facilities to do so, which was an option that I liked. However, there were missing utensils.

The entrance of the hotel can be confusing. The parking garage doesn’t connect to the hotel and no elevators. The toilet had a small issue of not flushing but there was a plunger so it must be a regular thing. The curtains leading out to the balcony were tore and didn’t close properly (not a big deal).

More towels and toilet paper should be provided
