USI was wanting something out of the way, peaceful and scenic. Our cabin was all of those. The little stream at the bottom of the hill was the perfect touch. We hardly heard or saw any of our neighbors. We would spend time in Pigeon Forge then come back for lunch, take a nap and go out again till supper. Perfect vacation.
We couldn't get the Charbroil Infrared Grills to work but that might have just been us. Also the hot tub didn't get very warm but it was a few degrees warmer than the air temperature so we were still able to enjoy it (also one jet was not working). The only other thing, is that while the inside was nice and clean, the table and chairs outside needed to have the pollen cleaned off of them. We did it ourselves and enjoyed eating outside as well as using the rockers.
USAbsolutely beautiful! We were under the impression it would be off to itself and there’s definitely super close neighbors - but aside from that, 10/10! Will be back!
