the location, the staffs were amazing. the host availability and efficency getting problems resolved.

I feel little cheated. I was put in a different apartment from the one I booked and paid for which is smaller, cheaper and uncomfortable compared to what i paid for. the host assured me, it was just a night but ended up spending 2 nights there without any sorta compensation.
