La terraza y algunas esquinas de los techos de dentro con telarañas. Y mucho ruido incómodo a ratos por un extractor anti humedad, el grifo de la ducha estaba mal para cambiar la temperatura.

Moderno y limpio

El sofá cama no era cómodo, se nota mucho uso, las patas no apoyaban en el suelo y no era estable, se inclinaba hacia adelante. El grifo de agua caliente de la ducha estaba roto y fue muy difícil regular la temperatura, se quedaba bloqueado.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, la limpieza, y la entrada y salida autónoma que ofrece.

El soporte de la ducha estaba tan suelto que con la presión del agua se despegaba, y la puerta/ventana de salida al patio no se podía cerrar bien. Falta de mantenimiento general, pero lo he notificado para que tomen medidas.
