"La ducha"

El apartamento estaba genial pero falló algo que para mí es fundamental y, al parecer, es algo recurrente que ocurre... A la hora de usar la ducha, resulta que esta está con el regulador de temperatura estropeado y sólo nos salía elñ agua literalmente hirviendo. Llamamos a atención al cliente y, su única solución fue pasarnos un tutorial de cómo aflojar el regulador... Tras seguir dicho tutorial y hacer más fuerza que nunca, conseguimos bajar UN POCO la temperatura y nos tocó ducharnos con el água hirviendo porque, otra solución, no nos daban. Hablando con atención al cliente me dijeron que es algo recurrente y creo que deberían solucionarlo cuanto antes o, por lo menos, dar soluciones de calidad.
