The apartment is big and was in a convenient location for me. It is about a 45 minute walk from downtown. The facilities were comfortable and the kitchen is decently equipped with appliances.

The place was grubby. The carpets aren't clean. The toilet looked like it was in a gas station - very stained. The hall needs to be cleaned. The walls had marks.
