Very tidy and clean property, thorough guidance before and during the stay.

Some areas are starting to look dated in the sense of paintwork, cupboard damage which is due to previous guests. It was a little noisy when other guests arrived and left, the sound travelled in the hall but this is more to do with guests not being considerate.

Haustüre Schloss drehte sich durch, nur mit Mühe konnte es nochmals geöffnet werden. Danach gingen wir nur über Terrassentür ein und aus. Terrassentür (Flat 3) müsste unbedingt von einem Fachmann eingestellt werden, Öffnen und Schließen war nicht einfach. Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal, obwohl genug Platz für ein breiteres Bett wäre. Das dazugehörige Bad hat eine Duschtür die einen Einstieg von max 36cm Breite hat. Und die Gummidichtung hat sich gelöst, wohl weil kräftigere Menschen kämpfen in die Dusche einzusteigen. 2. Zimmer und 2. Bad war vergleichsweise in Ordnung. Nur der Abfluss im Waschbecken war verstopft. Und der Lamellenvorhang war ausgehakt und konnte nicht mehr geschlossen werden Generell über die Küche: Geschirr muss nachgereinigt werden. Alte Essenspackungen, teilweise geöffnet, sind im Schrank gewesen. Die Terrasse war zugemüllt mit Plastikflaschen, gebrauchte Papiertaschentücher und Zigarettenstummel. Die Mülleimer in der Wohnung stinken nach Fisch.

Very clean flat with enough space for the whole family. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom fully equipped and the showers large. Grocery shopping (Coop food market and Tesco) less than 5 minutes away by car. The location has easy access to motorways and being able to park at the location is perfect.

Kitchen furniture is minimal, no way to have 2 meals without washing dishes inbetween. Nothing the host can do about that, but something to be aware of for mobility impaired people: due to construction near Oxford railway station during our stay, public transport was not available directly to the historic town center, it involved a 5-10 minutes walk through the construction site.

The flat was not clean: lots of dust under the sofa and other corner areas. Most kitchen drawers are broken or misaligned. This is not what you expect at £200/night!!!

Confortable, well maintained.

A bit far from main attractions. Also it was rare but we got pretty hot days and apartment got quite warm making it hard to sleep.

Fit our needs in terms of size and having ,2 bathrooms was great. Bus stop was super convenient.

It was too warm! When we arrived, the tenp was nearly 25C and even after turning the thermostats all the way down to 10C, we never got the temp in any room under 20. Kitchen was also poorly equipped--not enough tableware, no scissors. Coffee table was useless as it was in the middle of the toom, so far drom the couch, you couldn't set anything there and reach it.
