Very clean and tidy. Nice furnishings and had everything we needed.

It was quite warm although there were fans, we couldn’t cool the place down. It was cooler outside.

Spacious and very comfortable.

Located quite far away from Oxford CBD.

Clean with good facilities.

It was a bright, modern and spacious apartment with all of the amenities we could need plus parking.

It would benefit from black out blinds in the bedrooms as they did let a lot of light in

Spotlessly clean. Owner is very responsive. This is outside of his control, but the direct route from Oxford is under construction, and so it is a long (and expensive) cab fare or bus trip into city center. It is still walkable, but the road crew moved a barrier during the day, so it was hard to recognize our way back. It's in a safe, attractive neighborhood, and the Tesco is only about 3 blocks away.

1. not far away from Oxford 2. cosy and clean expect the drawer where the spoons and forks are kept smells like cockroach droppings.

1. the induction cooker is veryyyyyyyyyyyyy difficult to use . The landlord did not prepare instructions for use. We tried for an hour and couldn't use the stove, so we had to send a message to the landlord. The landlord sent their cleaner to come and take a look. Unfortunately, their own employees did not I knew how to use this induction cooker, and the employee didn't speak English. I had to make a video call with the landlord. The landlord taught me how to use this induction cooker in the video. My family and I didn't have dinner until 9:30 pm. I think the landlord should at least prepare an instruction manual, because if even their own employees don't know how to use it, then at least it means it's not my problem.

Clean & tidy, well appointed. Included parking which was great. A very good size apartment. Last minute booking so very grateful & staff very helpful. Underfloor heating was very good for getting our washing dry over night.
